Notes on finding the venue entrance
Standing facing the front of the cathedral in Palmerston Place, the lawn is the large area to the left (north) of the cathedral. The dancing will take place at the area of the lawn closest to the cathedral.
The area is fenced off from the street. There are two access points, either from close to the main doors in Palmertson Place, or from Chester Street (near the Walpole Hall).

Nearby bus routes
Lothian buses include 3, 4, 25, 26, 31, 33 and 44 at West Maitland Street, and the Airlink 100 at Haymarket Station. There is a tram stop at the West End.

Car parking
Palmerston Place and adjacent streets are not metered in the evenings (after 6.30pm).
Cycle access
Cycles could be wheeled into the lawn area and left close to the dancing area.

Haymarket Station is nearby (0.5km/0.3 miles), with Waverley Station being just under 2km away (1.2 miles).
